Activities for home - How Much Water Do You Use At Home?

People in deserts often have to make do with very little water.

1. Find out how much water your family uses in one week by creating a survey. Below are some suggested fields. You may need to use a calculator.
   

   Activity	Average amount of water used	Number of times each activity is carried out in a week	Weekly amount of water used (number of times activity is carried out x number of litres of water used each time)

   * number of times activity is carried out x number of litres of water used each time
